  Closure period for the 2024/25 holiday season: 

  • Ipswich Civic Centre Box Office will be closed from 4.00 pm Friday 20 December and will reopen at 8.30 am Tuesday 7 January 2025. For online ticket sales and information about upcoming shows, please refer to our website www.ipswichciviccentre.com.au
  • The Functions and Wedding Enquiries office will be closed from Friday the 13 December 2024 and will re-open on 9.00 am on Monday 6 January 2025. We look forward to responding to your enquiry when we return to office.

  Our phone lines area available during business hours Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm and 1 hour prior to the start time for any show.

  If you are contacting us outside of these hours, and in relation to a show you are attending, we encourage you to send an email to [email protected] or complete the online form and select Box Office and Ticketing from the drop down menu with your details and request as this will log the date and time of your enquiry. No refunds will be granted once a show has commenced.
